Editorial policy
This policy governs every page we publish. It is maintained by the editorial desk and reviewed twice a year.
Independence
Ratings are set by analysts using the published methodology. Commercial staff have no input into scores, rankings or the wording of a verdict, and see reviews only after publication.
Fact-checking
Every review is checked by a second analyst against primary sources: regulator registers, the operator’s own terms pages and our own test logs. Reviews carry the name of both the writer and the fact-checker.
Updates and corrections
Operators are re-audited quarterly, and immediately when licensing or bonus terms change. Substantive corrections are noted on the page with the date of the change.
Responsible coverage
We include risk and responsible-gambling information on every commercial page, never target under-18s, and avoid language implying guaranteed returns.
